Dishwasher The Dishwasher is responsible for providing the restaurant with clean and sanitized utensils, plateware, glassware and equipment. Key Responsibilities (but not limited to): Ensures dishes are sanitized and available as needed Sets up dish machine in the AM and closes down machine in the PM according to company procedures Maintains daily cleanliness and maintenance of dish machine Washes plateware, glassware, silverware, pots/pans and kitchen utensils according to sanitation and cleaning procedures Cleans and sanitizes throughout the shift Requirements: Prior experience working in high volume or fast casual dining restaurant environment preferred General knowledge of kitchen equipment and cooking practices Basic knife handling skills Demonstrated customer service experience Experience working in a fast paced working environment Ability to lift and carry supplies and equipment up to 60 lbs throughout entire shift and place these items on high and low shelves in storerooms, walk-ins, and freezers numerous times throughout the shift Ability to stand and exert well-paced mobility for periods up to 8 hours El Lavaplatos es responsable de proporcionar el restaurante con utensilios limpios y desinfectados, vajillas, cristalera y equipo; Asegura que los platos son desinfectados y disponible cuando sea necesario; En el turno matutino prepara la maquina de lavavajillas y el turno vespertino cierra la maquina lavavajillas de acuerdo con los procedimientos de la compaa; Mantiene la limpieza y el mantenimiento de la mquina lavavajillas diaria; Vajillas, vasos, cristalera, cubiertos, ollas/sartenes y utensilios de cocina de acuerdo con los procedimientos de saneamiento y limpieza; Limpia y desinfecta durante todo el turno.
